Terms of agreement

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
 1.1. 2.3. TechGaming has the right to change the prices published in the online store at any time. If the prices in the online store have been changed after you submitted your order and paid for it, then TechGaming undertakes to supply the ordered goods at the prices in effect at the time of the order. You do not have the right to apply for compensation for the difference in cost. With the exception of system errors and site settings failures. 

3. MAKING A PURCHASE AND PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER

3.6. The sales agreement is considered concluded (entry into force of the Agreement) starting from the receipt of the amount payable for the order to the TechGaming bank account after confirmation of the order. 

4. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASE
 4.1. To make a payment, select a payment method convenient for you on the checkout page. 

4.2. You can pay for your purchase: 

4.2.1. Via Internet bank (Swedbank; SEB; Nordea; DNB; Danske Bank; LHV) 

4.2.2. Based on the invoice - by clicking on the order confirmation page “pay by invoice”, after which you will be sent an order confirmation with an attached invoice by e-mail. After paying for the order, you will receive confirmation of receipt of payment by e-mail; 

4.2.3. In installments, by clicking on the “pay in installments” button on the ordering page. 

4.3. The order is canceled if payment for the order is not received to the TechGaming bank account within 5 days . 

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS
 5.1. After the entry into force of the Agreement, in accordance with clause 3.4 of the Terms, goods purchased in the TechGaming online store . ee ", can be obtained in the following ways: 

5.1.1. The courier will deliver to the address you specified in the order; 5.1.2. the goods will be sent to the postal machine at the address you specified in the order;

5.2. If you choose a delivery method using a courier, the goods will be delivered to you after the Agreement comes into force, in accordance with clause 3.4, at the time previously agreed upon by the contact phone number you specified when placing your order.

5.4. After transferring the goods you ordered to the courier, he will contact you to clarify the time of delivery of the goods. 

5.5. The courier will deliver the goods to the address you specified when placing your order. It is necessary to change the specified address with agents, but it is not always possible. 

5.6. When placing an order, please ensure that your contact information is correct in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings during delivery. TechGaming and the courier company are not responsible for delivery delays and other misunderstandings if they are caused by inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data you entered . 

5.7. Please report damaged goods by e-mail info@techgaming.ee or by contact phone “ TechGaming+372 5853 7786 . Items damaged during courier delivery will be replaced. 

5.8. Delivery conditions apply only in the territory of the Republic of Estonia. 

5.9. Delivery is carried out in 2-14 business days depending on the warehouse. 

6. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER AND RETURN OF GOODS
 6.1. You have the right, after paying for the goods, but before their delivery, to cancel your order by sending a corresponding message along with the order number and your bank account number to the e-mail address of the online store " TechGaming.ee " info@techgaming.ee , or by calling by contact phone " TechGaming " +372 5853 7786

 6.2. After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to familiarize yourself with the goods. If the product does not suit you, you can return it or exchange it for another product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by sending it to the TechGaming online store . ee » message with relevant content. 6.3. In case of damage to the returned goods, the consumer is responsible for reducing the cost of the goods, provided that the goods were used more than necessary to familiarize themselves, check their properties and performance. To ensure the performance and properties of the purchased product, the consumer must use it in the same way as it would be possible to do in a retail store.

6.4. When returning a product with signs of use, TechGaming has the right to agree to reduce its value, provided that the product was used for review in a different way than is permitted in a regular store.

The consumer must familiarize himself with the characteristics and performance of the product in the same way as it would be possible to do in a regular store before purchasing.

6.5. If you cancel an order in accordance with clause 6.1, or in case of refusal of the goods in accordance with clause 6.2, the amount paid will be returned to you. Money for the returned goods will be transferred to your bank account from which payment for the order was made no later than 14 days from the date of our receipt of the return message, provided that you returned the goods by the same date, i.e. within 14 days, except for the cases specified in clause 6.3.

6.6. The purchased product cannot be returned if it is manufactured according to the customer’s personal requirements, or according to a special order, or on the customer’s terms.

6.7 The warranty does not cover the costs of transporting the goods. (By agreement or warranty specifics).

7. RETURN OF GOODS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
7.1. TechGaming is responsible for non-compliance of the goods with the requirements, as well as for defects that appear within 2 years after delivery of the goods to you.

7.2. TechGaming is not responsible for:

7.2.1. For deterioration of the goods and its damage due to your fault;

7.2.2. For defects resulting from improper use;

7.2.3. For normal physical wear and tear of the product resulting from normal use.

7.3. If the product does not meet the requirements or has defects, you have the right to demand a replacement of the product or refuse the order and return the non-conforming product at the expense of TechGaming.

7.4. If you return a product that does not meet the requirements, you will be refunded the amount paid (together with the cost of transportation) to the bank account you specified no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation of the order and receipt of a message about the desire to return the product.

7.5. In addition to the rights arising from the warranty, you have other rights under law.

8. PERSONAL DATA AND ITS USE
8.1. When using the services of the online store "TechGaming.ee" and making purchases (when concluding an agreement), you give clear and conscious consent to the company "TechGaming" to use your personal data.

8.2. Personal data received by TechGaming are entered into the relevant customer register and are used to represent the sales service and offer of goods.

8.3. The source of personal data is the establishment of a customer relationship when registering an order in the online store “ TechGaming.ee ”. 

8.4. The registered personal data includes data relating to your order: personal code, last name, first name, street, house and apartment number, city/town, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, year of birth, gender, delivery method , payment method used, agreement to the Terms, consent to receive trade offers, notes entered by e-mail address. 

8.5. All personal data of clients published during a visit to the TechGaming online store . ee " and when making purchases, are treated as confidential information. An encrypted channel for transmitting personal data ensures the security of personal data and bank details. TechGaming does not have access to this data.

 8.7. The customer’s personal data, necessary for the delivery of goods to the client, is transferred to the company providing the courier service. 

8.8. TechGaming hereby confirms that the protection of personal data is ensured by all security measures required by law. 

8.9. TechGaming undertakes not to transfer registered personal data to third parties. 

8.10. TechGaming reserves the right to transfer personal data concerning customers to a person who has a legal right to do so, who processes personal data in the performance of an obligation provided for by law, as well as to a person who has a legally established right to do so, and this is for the protection of freedom, health and life of the customer or a third party. 

8.11. You have the right to check your personal data and change it or request that the data be deleted from the register. 

8.12. When placing an order, you simultaneously provide TechGaming with your consent to send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified. 

9. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
 9.1. TechGaming is responsible to you, and you are responsible to TechGaming for damage caused to the other party by violation of these Terms in the cases and to the extent established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

9.2. TechGaming is not responsible for any damage you suffer or delay in delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery is caused by circumstances that TechGaming could not influence and the occurrence of which TechGaming did not and could not foresee (force majeure ). 

10. OTHER CONDITIONS
 10.1. When resolving issues not specified in these Terms, we are guided by the current legal acts of the Republic of Estonia. 

10.2. Disputes arising in connection with the order and purchase of goods through the online store “techgaming.ee” between you and “ TechGaming ” are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement has not been reached, you have the right to apply to protect your rights through the Consumer Protection Board to the Consumer Complaints Commission, information about which can be found HERE or to the Harju County Court. The consumer can file a complaint independently or through a representative. When resolving disputes, the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia is taken into account.

11. EXCLUSION CONDITIONS
 11.1. Product images on the TechGaming.ee are for illustrative purposes only. 

11.2. TechVision Gaming OÜ reserves the right to cancel a sale if any of the following problems occur with the product: there is a human error when entering the price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a laptop worth 1000 euros suddenly sells for 100 euros, please understand that this defect and the product should not be sold at that price). 

In this case, TechVision Gaming OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the buyer's bank account within 14 days.
